For relief of inflamed tonsils, coughs, colds & mucous discharge. Suitable for infants & children. Every winter children develop coughs, colds, and sore throats. Cold & cough relief is a Schuessler tissue salt traditionally used to relieve symptoms of coughs, colds, inflamed tonsils and mucous discharge. Cough & cold relief may be used at the first sign of a cold developing, or for ongoing use throughout the winter months to maintain wellbeing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

• Children 1-11yrs): 1 tablet 
• Infants (0-11mths):1/2 tablet Directions: 4 times daily
•  For sudden onset: Take every half hour (up to 6 doses) until symptoms improve (for max of 2 days) 
• Chew tablets or crush and dissolve in water. 
• For infants add a few drops of water to crushed tablet and mix into a paste, administer paste to mouth with dummy, spoon, finger etc
