Made on-farm in small batches from our single-herd milk, our Cultured Sour Cream is crafted from rich cream skimmed from our low-fat milk. Cultured overnight for a tangy depth, it is pot set to allow natural seasonal variations in texture and flavour to shine.

Certified organic, with no thickeners or stabilisers, it's a rich, creamy, and versatile product-like crème fraîche, perfect for both savoury and sweet dishes.
